Katherine Ennis of Katherine4Music Studios provides private violin and viola instruction. She is trained in the Suzuki method, holds two Master of Music degrees from UW-Milwaukee (Chamber Music Performance, Viola Performance) and a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University.
Katherine enjoys a diverse performance career. She regularly performs with the Wisconsin Philharmonic and other Wisconsin regional symphonies, various classical string ensembles, and a world music string quartet. Other performance highlights include appearances with a surprise chamber orchestra for a Koehler 150th anniversary event, the 2024 Deer District Tree Lighting "big band," the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, national television broadcasts, and with artists such as Kathy Mattea, Michael W. Smith, Ricky Skaggs, and Denyce Graves. |

Katherine's other musical accomplishments include an invitation to perform at the 2023 Music by Women Festival, an Honorable Mention in the 2021 UWM Concerto and Aria Competition, and a performance in the 2016 Belmont University Instrumental Honors Recital.
Beyond music, Katherine is a registered yoga instructor and enjoys travel and time outside with her husband.
